Unhinged is still viable. You can run hurricane on the same node instead now though

It's definitely difficult into caster lobbies but not impossible.

You can to start. I did a while back but especially with sharpen you want to use it very deliberately and you'll need to once you got a certain rating.

Why would you ever use slam? I don't even have it on my action bars. With Barbaric Training, Slam costs the same as Rend, but Rend still has higher instant damage and causes a DoT. I can't see a reason to use slam unless you don't use Rend or you use Barbaric Training with Crushing Force. Is there something I'm missing?

Slam was actually just buffed pretty significantly but even still it's literally last on the priority list. Filler if you have literally nothing else to hit.
