Hello this is my CANBUS info: YX2BENZ v111.x9,90,00,N7,B31;00000;0. I can't get any KF, or AF or CF...by switching the canbus A or B. Actually when I disconnect 40pin plug, both male and female, the screen automatically shut down. When I am supposed the press reset button? After 5 min, 40pin male and female disconnect? Hello just acquired a 2019 android 8.1 screen but ntg mode is blank. The seller said he bought from you in 2019. It didn't come with harness so I'm using the original harness for my older 10.25 android 5.0 screen. Everything works and have tried all the screen size setting 1-13. If I put my old adroid screen back I'm able to see my original ntg screen so I'm certain it's not because of the LVDS adapter being the issue. I'm just not sure what other setting I'm missing.

So, NTG screen at the beginning, when i connected it- worked, but after around an hour it went black and stays like that till now. I tried A.B.AB cabel wires but no help. Also in settings i tried the options from 1 to 10, but still nothing changed. both oem and android green? if so, u need ship back, if get from us, ship to us, if from ur seller, ship back if oem green, android ok, check ur connection of LVDS, and check setting of resolution etc
