Nice progress from the season opener and great early season form first sub 11 of the year even if it was slightly windy I can't complain. Fastest I've been this early in the season so promising looking later in the season. Now time to get a legal sub 11 clocking and finally break my near 2 year personal record of 10.92... Gotta believe in myself and my form main thing is not getting injured mid season and listening to my body!

drop jumps and dept jumps

Sprinting and jumping unsurprisingly will help the most for developing these qualities.

I understand nothing. Everything is all over the place, specially with the music background. If the talk is not clear, the training cannot be clear!

why are you giving soo much on the RSI. A single leg RSI probably correlate better. But i think you focus way too much on your squats and jumps. Instead it's the fast recovery leg motion wich hinders most athletes from reaching their max potential. So i would focus much more on your core, triple flexion and the scisssoring motion.

But you practice those things when sprinting I do core work but most of it is done through sprinting anyway
