Just got my this stainless slidestop in this week for my springfield garrison. The factory one was .196" and so loose it would slide out occasionally and lock the gun up halfway back!? This slidestop slid in with a perfect fit and functioned flawlessly. Also it enhanced the lockup and pushed the slide back a few thousanths perfectly aligning it to the frame, which i hoped would happen because the lugs were barely touching the factory slidestop. Just wanted to say thank you for an awesome product and great videos! Keep it up man!!

Perfect part fix an issue I had with my factory slide stop pin being to small in my Ruger 1911 many many many rounds later my 1911 is running great with 10-8 additions!

Absolutely love the 10-8 slide stop. It has dropped right into every production SA 1911, including my Prodigy, I have ever owned. Sadly, Uncle Les Baer cuts his slide stop holes small, so they don't fit on any of the Baer's I've owned.

I love this slide stop! This slide stop makes reassembly much easier without the chance for the dreaded "idiot scratch". The shelf is perfect for performing slide lock reloads.

So I think I need help. I took my 1911 apart to clean it and everything went well, except the slide lock. The little ball on the other side of the gun (where you push to get the slide lock out), If I add the slightest bit of pressure to it, it'll push the slide lock out. But what doesn't make sense, is I didn't lose any pieces, And I put it back together exactly how the guy did it in the video...

Except Springfield which is .1940 - .1960. Not interchangeable with most aftermarket stops.
