Outstanding job Eli. Great production, presentation, and demonstration of thorough information. Knight, Keenan, Kesting and Chewy, best jitz channels on the net imho. My family all wishes we lived near your gym. Thanks for continuing to bring superb content. Key lock has been my first and most powerful defensive weapon on the streets and off for 28 years now. At 15 I saw my 14 yr old 150lb bestie use a standing version to flip his 500+lb older brother in the air and pin until their Dad came downstairs to separate them. 2 on 1s create very huge torque on the shoulder that uses a human's design against it. A very equalizing technique, thanks again for highlighting it.

How about Americana from the back-take? I think the entry is from the half-Nelson, transition to the Power-half with double wrist-grip. Look up and arch the back for the power to finish the shoulder lock!

So tonight I got some free rolling pressure testing from my Airborne army buddy. He always me by 100 lb and in the army they practice the same Jiu-Jitsu that I'm studying Gracie's combatives. I surprised him big time as well as surprised myself and twice I caught him in a couple of variations of an Americana arm lock. I was really surprised at how I ended up getting that and getting him to submit. At another point I did a takedown from a rear body lock got a mount on it but he ended up getting me into guillotine. I managed to get out of that guillotine pretty quickly. Negated it and then did a swim to get out of it. I also at one point caught him in a rear naked choke.

@@KnightJiuJitsu thank you. I do dedicate a lot of time processing jiu-jitsu and watching good toutorals from channels like you're and Mike's at Hard to Hurt, and Gracie breakdown. Oh and Chewie.
