I swear by the eye lash one- I've been using that very mix (Coconut Oil, Vit.E oil & Castor Oil) for about 8 months & have noticed more length as well as volume. Now I just use a clear mascara for a bit of shine. Its amazing & so nice not to have to constantly deal with dark mascara smudges or wasting time cleaning it off.

You can however improve the retention rate of eyelashes and prevent breakage with a serum. Too much products like oils and serums will clog the eyelash follicle and actually cause less growth than normal.

We Pros tell everyone this stuff all the time. We also tell you to always test and be careful with what you put on your skin. (eg Eggs on my skin break me out in rashes) Test everything in a small patch on your forearm then behind your ear just to make sure you don't have any negative reactions. And ask pros, we're not interested in hiding this stuff. That's silly. We get paid for our talent and skills, it's art.
