Tessa Red I don't know what color corrector you use but with mine I blend it into the skin. No green left behind. Because I have hyper pigmentation I also use a color corrector concealer that is green to help keep some of the redness toned down. The combination of both work perfectly. Wet & Wild has stepped up it's game and put out some amazing products, including the color corrector quad I use. And my primer is by Hard Candy. Try them, and hopefully you get the same results!

nice video but if you're skin is aging and you're skin under the eyes gets very thin do NOT set concealer with any powder because that just makes it crumble up like tin foil that you wrap in your hands !!!! I have solved this by using all my makeup and at the very end of my makeup just before blush and a bit of highlighter on the outter half of my cheeks not on the apples of the cheeks, I apply a very little bit of concealer and buff it in with a stiff brush and then with a sponge and then blush and highlighter , the only thing I do sometimes is put a tiny bit of airspun under the blush and highlighter, or just use lipstick as blush and a cream highlighter so no powder comes under my eyes or I wrinkle up and look ten years older!

Good tips although not sure why I watched it, for these days I slap on some tinted moisturiser, mascara on the upper lashes (maybe some eyeliner and eye shadow for a special occasion) and off I go. I think I look better now than I did 20 years ago when I trowled it on and my good man prefers the natural look too.

I do 2 of these: I only have one concealer, so I conceal spots and blemishes with a shade that's too light, and I keep makeup in the bathroom (although the products are in a closed drawer and in the medicine cabinet, so they're not too exposed to steam and such).

If you want to keep your full coverage dreams alive during summer I would recommend the Dermacol foundation (like $11 on amazon). This foundation is not only super full coverage but is also water proof and can handle sweat really well. I've literally gone to a ballet class after school with my foundation still on my face, sweat like a pig (and when I say that, I do mean I sweat like a pedophile in a playground) and my foundation still looked flawless. If you wear foundation in the summer do make sure your primer also serves somewhat as sunblock.

Firstly, I don't use blush anymore. I have natural redness in my skin that shows through my foundation so my niece recommended I don't use it anymore. Also my left eye is slightly higher than my right so getting my makeup to make on both eyes is near impossible.

My favorite right now and has been for over a year is, Luxie Brushes! Well worth the money. I have a different concealer for zits, I use primer on my lips, I apply blush little by Little to the apples on my cheek, I use warmer shade makeup on winter and brighter on spring, I apply powder on the high points of my face, I don’t use eyeliner cause I can’t do it, I dab lipgloss a little bit, my makeup is in my bedroom, I use three different shades on my eyebrow and blend it with a spoolie, I apply foundation before concealer and add it triangel shaped... Am I the only one who has never done those mistakes??

Rosie Cakes lotion absorbs into skin & basic chapstick is basically wax, just to protect lips from wind & other drying elements...it doesn't actually moisturize. but there are lip balms that do moisturize (& good long wear lipsticks...just so ya know)

Clare Moloney Its supposed to be about 2 shades lighter to bring some shape to your face... when its all one color, your face looks flat and washed-out. Thats really all contouring and all that is doing: creating shadows and depth to your face.

I feel like I've been under a rock in the world of makeup! When and where did all of these products come from? I feel overwhelmed with makeup today. I never knew their were things you put on chapped or dry lips other than carmex (or any other lip moisturizer). Also I didn't know people apply different colored foundation/concealer (or whatever it's called) to different areas of your face. Why was I under the assumption that you just needed to worry about matching your skin tone for the entire face? Also this base, prime and setting stuff all just seems excessive.

try Mac face and body foundation. it's more of a sheer coverage but it's awesome. I'm really pale (ghostly like) and I have a pink undertone, it works perfect for me. I think its about 23$ but totally worth it

Serenity Moon I have the same problem. they only foundation I've tried that doesn't turn me orange or make me look like even more of a ghost is Mac or urban decay. UD has a powder called de-slick. it's a translucent mattifying powder, I can't even begin to describe it's awesomeness. it works great esp when used with a brush.. just fyi :)

i will say this most of these "mistakes"(like the lipstick one) happen because SOME parents will often relent in letting their daughter finally wear makeup but give no real instruction. I think this is partly to hope their daughter gives up out of frustration. Its mostly done because the parents dont wanna accept their kid is growing up......*disclaimer i said SOME parents so save it with the "my parents taught me" bs ....if your folks taught you cool...i also know there are some parents who didnt know these tips themselves im not talking about those people either...so save it
