Ronnie Street Stunts I love your videos, you are so inspiring. I have always been fascinated with parkour, but I am overweight and I lack self-confidence in myself and that has prevented me from giving it a try. But now after having watched some of your videos, I am inspired to get out there and try it out. So thank you.

@@atsusisplaying2812 I am no longer a super weak skinny chick. I am now a pretty strong skinny chick. I've overcome quite a few of my fears and my hands are stronger. I haven't had much time over the year to practice because of school and I was in a musical, but the dancing actually helped me. I have trouble staying motivated, but I am definitely trying. I can do many things I couldn't before. I signed up for a weight training class, so I hope that will help.

Advice needed. After a normal "seemingly normal" training session. I woke up and went out again to train. I warm up everytime so I'm not sure why this happened, everytime I Kong vault, - any variation of the Kong vault - my wrists would suddenly get this sharp pain in them, if I go into the kong slowly, or on a rail, it doesn't hurt, but even when I do a dash, it seriously hurts.
@dumb3rr9637 жыл бұрын
Deathstroke stretch then out on the back of your hand If that makes sence, just stretch it and c what happens
@itseme47797 жыл бұрын
As Drake Andrejas said, just pay attention to your wrists/hands. Remember that every vault you do puts a considerable amount of pressure on them and you problably didn't train them enough to withstand it yet
@deathstroke73947 жыл бұрын
You see this is why I love the parkour community, everyone's so helpful and friendly. Thanks guys

What the others said and you can strengthen your wrists by doing grip strengthening exercises and will aid in them healing faster.

I had that same thing for months, it was terrible. This video helped me understand what was up. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIjWoHydfd-me68 Then I started stretching my wrists, doing warm ups before training, and doing wrist curls and the pain subsided fast.

@pawelowi75287 жыл бұрын
Yassin Bisheer Try getting more rotation with your arms. The russian technique usually gives more rotation. Also, depending on the place you train, a little more speed might give some more blocking power. I'm not a teacher tho, I can't land a frontflip either xD Good luck in the training 👍

Yassin Bisheer I'm not a pro but i land the flip halfway decent. Watch your blocks. Jump first and flip second (that said don't be too slow as soon as you know you've actually jumped start the rotation, don't start the flip before the jump). Or try changing your location (maybe you just slip and don't notice it). Other than that just get the technique down
