Hello! Trans boy here, im going to be talking about the more rainbow side of decora but you can apply it to any, pastel or whatnot..usually what i do is buy beanies & caps that are super bright in colors & add the bare minimum of clips but for me personally i focus more on the arms such as colorful arm warmers, fish nets (for arms) , tons of bracelets , rings, backpacks & layered necklaces too! :D I usually avoid shorts , painting my nails or bows but its a personal choice!! Decora is more freedom oriented so i chose to opt out for those things. Overalls, joggers , cargo pants or even jeans that are saturated in colors work wonders! Same with belts or hanging chains :> & as for upper body thats up to you but i mainly use t-shirts & vests on top depending on the weather!! You can find a lot of these things second hand is what i had the most luck on, I usually buy cartoony shirts since they are more colorful or even DIY the accessories & wardrobe , its a great way to pick up a new hobby from there . I use looks from male metal/rockstar artists for inspiration for a tiny bit of make up to convert it into something less black & white on my face aswell if you want to. (Since i think they have interesting designs that can look super spectacular in color) Of course colored contacts are useable too. But yeah theres no limits you can take away or add things as you please thats the beauty of it..also i suggest searching Decora boy fashion for an idea of what they have on ^^ but yeah your best bet is to explore around & see what you can find that yells out “DECORA” for you
