Nothing comes as easy my friend. Usually, European countries give PR after five years of residence. Countries that comes with better opportunities like, Germany, Finland, Sweden etc, comes taxes too. So think every expect. I suggest Italy.

Finland 30 hours per week allowed. Minimum wage is 11euru. In vacations you will allow to work 40 hours a week. In my opinion finland is the best destination for pakistani students to earn money, after completion of your degree you will get two year job visa in which you can easily find job for your self, whether it is field related or not. After this you will get 5 year visa where you can work in job which you have found in two year job search visa.. After this you will be eligible for PR. In my opinion finland is best than any other european country. But remember the weather condition is too worst here.
