Well. In this case. You need to go and consult with the local commune you are living in right now. Get your certo cations attested from ministry of foreign affairs in your country. Furthermore you will need to translate all these certifications translated to Italian.

The choice is yours, UK can be first option keeping in mind its really expensive and you won't be able to meet the yearly fees so we are left with Italy which pays you to study if you are able to secure for a schorloships

Hey. Get your equivalency certificates from Bangladesh and get these certificates translated and visit your nearest caf or commune.
