I love wearing the Shalimar parfum (the original tiny bottle, that iteration is timeless) in fall/winter, it’s a sensual, spicy, warm oriental so that’s when I always pull it out. And I love layering Lost Cherry with Jasmin Rouge, it makes it a little spicier and obviously brings out the jasmine note. Lost Cherry in turn makes Jasmin Rouge warmer, cozier, and sexier. I love a sharp white flower note in winter for paperwhite season, and Lost Cherry softens it a little.

Erin! 😄 I bought mon guerlain a couple days ago and oh my Goodness! I sprayed it on the paper to see and the whole room smelled like it. My husband came in and said "what is that? Its good." I also bought cassiopeia at a good discount. It smells beautiful and tropical but the sillage and longevity are so-so, close to my skin, but I still love it.

He always says ‘mommy can we watch the beautiful girl?!’ 😂❤️ I feel like based on your tastes you would really love Diptyque’s Eau Duelle. It’s a gorgeous woody vanilla with citrus undertone. Reminds me a lot of Gypsy water but stronger and more vanilla. I have both the EDP and EDT and they are both beautiful in their own right. (And normally I am an EDP or extrait kind of girl so that says a lot about the EDT) I’m definitely picking up the mizensir based on your recommendation. Ciao from a fellow Floridian ❤️❣️

Thanks Erin for this video. Warm Gourmand, Spicy fragrances are my jam- especially for Fall/Winter and I like them to be long lasting and have sillage. I have quite a collection. I just sprayed on some Paloma Picasso with the new Dior Vanilla sample I got with a order- pretty combo too. I am interested in the Kayali Invite Only.

I have the original Mon Guerlain and I absolutely love it. I'll get the Intense version soon. Also, Kayali's fragrances are meant to be used together to create unique perfumes. I love that about them!! But i did try Kayali's Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper and really hated it so I'm a bit out off Kayali right now tbh.

That's what I've heard about Kayali and now I finally get it! I know what you mean, I was a little underwhelmed by the Coco Vanilla and Invite Only because my expectations were through the roof. Now that I have the original Vanilla 28 I feel like I can layer and really create something wonderful :) I still need to the the Pink Pepper! xx

I have been on the fence about Mon Guerlain Intense and you have just given me the push I needed. I was afraid it would smell too much like PDM Layton which I already have. But I actually think it smells a bit like Guerlain Tonka Imperiale which I want to have.

I do :) Coco Mademoiselle EDT is lighter, more citrusy and better for really hot weather (especially if you live in the Middle East or Tropics). EDP is better for a little colder weather or at nighttime in a hot climate.

Really think you could dig in Initio Parfums scents. Side Effect and Atomic Rose are both killer fragance (altough Side Effect could get more in the unisex realm as a boozy scent).

I strongly recommend Naomi Goodsir's Bois D'Ascese. It has a smoky, woody scent like you've been walking through a misty woodland and stumbled upon a fire that's just been put out. It's subtle unlike some smoky scents. City on Fire is also gorgeous.

Hello Catherine, I am not Nicole Erin, but I thought I will recommend something to you. Depends on your taste, favourite notes, budget, time of the year and the effect you want to achieve… But generally speaking it will layer well with anything creamy and definitely balance these notes you don’t like. You can try Soleil Blanc by TF. Otherwise it will be super easy to sell it to someone, as there are many fans out there of Aventus for her. Good luck.
