I bought my Vibe Sea Ghost 110 in 2017 for $825.00 they now go for about $1800.00 and are still what I consider one of the best equipped fishing yaks available. There aren't many kayaks in that price range that include a rudder, very comfortable adjustable seat, a transducer port, tons of storage...

Is that pedal or all electric motored? I wouldn’t trust having just a motor without a backup PDL system. Paddling would be tiresome on a stable fishing kayak because of the hull design

*Hobie, but yes, the outback is better than anything on this list. One feature I like is the kick up fins that way if you smack the bottom in shallows or other submerged debris, it doesn't damage the drive.
