No power amp. Powered full range monitors. I have models from Matrix and Mission Engineering.

Is it just me or does it just not sound good? It's definitely not you because I'm struggling myself to get a decent sound out of my AXE FX II. Everything sounds so dark and the mid gain sounds like a fuzz face is engaged. I thought I was doing something wrong but it seems all the videos I come across have the same thing going on. 🤔

@@mikeflemingband I have since learned to use it much better and I'm quite happy with the tones I get with my AXE FX when paired with my KSR Ceres preamp. 👌
