Having watched anime for over 40 years I feel I am more than capable of commentating on this list. I would absolutely agree to every single series put on this list but in no way would I agree the order Returners should never be 4th on a scale of 1 to 4, it far outstrips Death Ability any day. Agreed this is only my opinion but which ever angle you look at the anime back round story, greater story, character design, anime graphics or manga behind anime. Returners Magic far outstrips other anime on this list.
