i still wonder why he didnt use any haki he couldve taken all of the marines with just conquerors he could've obliterated everyone with just haki seeing his endurance compared to what happened to garp againts the BB pirates there is no way that whitebeard didnt have strong haki at that time same as garp

He probably didn't risk hit any allies or his crew and maybe it's usage wasan't exactly possible on the state he was after Ace was dead and all the fleet retreated. I mean, look the damage he did only with his fruit, if he combined it with a Haki so strong as the one he used fighting Roger on his prime, the whole Marineford and Fleet would blow up. And maybe his body couldn't uphold the stress on his sick state... isn't inconsistency as we saw he don't need a basic usage of armament Haki to fight fruit users, because Gura Gura on his hand is just that strong

Actually, he wields and make good use of a sword that was so big and crude that the king who ordered wanted the forger dead because everyone thought he was bullshiting him, because no man there could wield it or use it in a effective manner. And Guts makes both with absurd strenght of one arm
