I used to manufacture PSAs AR style barrels and do the final quality control for the barrels (as of not too long ago.) Their barrels are made from the same bar stock as more expensive brands and has the same industry standard tolerance requirements. The barrel matters and PSA installs a solid barrel. Thumbs up to their barrels.

Love the channel. I actually bought the Ruger PCC based on your review. Unfortunately mine had a rocky start. It took a couple hundred rounds to break it in but once I discovered it wanted 124gr versus 115 FMJ, it's been virtually flawless. Equipped mine with the Midwest industries m-lok rail for better mounting of accessories and haven't looked back. It is now my bedside carbine.
@joshprestigiacamo75512 сағат бұрын
Always break in a 9mm with 124 grain. It's about the only round I've ever put through my pistol and I've got about 5,000 rounds through it. I've put a couple of hundred of 115 grain but all others have been 124 NATO spec. Just make sure your gun can handle +p or NATO spec before running a lot of it

I've heard good things about Radical at that price point, too, but they both have rocky pasts and it seems like of the two, Del-Ton was the one to really up their game and start pushing out higher quality stuff. I'd trust my Del-Ton with my life, no question. Probably going to buy a S&W or Colt next, but til then, I'm more than happy with the Del-Ton.

Never used a lever gun, I use Ruger's 10-22 Takedown for iguanas and the occasional raccoon. PSA's AR15s are reportedly solid but the only AR prebuild I bought was a poor pony for $365 and it's performed surprisingly well. My other two are FM15 builds because I like the compact design, the second isn't done yet... saving up for the bullpup kit because I'm just that damn curious.

CZ 457 shouldve been on the list. It is the ruger 10/22 of 22 bolt rifles except way more accurate. Another for the money is the ruger mini 14 albeit controversial, the newer ones have better accuracy, can be had well under a G if you look long & hard, and their reliability is better than most, if not all ARs.
