In NY imagine the artists, the number of vintage stores, estate sales high end gorgeous items antique stores let alone all the high end stores and art galleries to inspire. Try looking at rent-to-own furniture like Casaone, Feather, or Oliver Space. All have very modern options and come within 3 business days. I used Oliver Space for my apartment and love all my pieces, especially the Cleopatra couch (gorgeous and comfy). There’s no fuss if you want to return the pieces either. Only downside is you have to check out if they deliver in your area.

Comfortable to sit on and looks as good as it did new with two preschoolers in the house), the Floyd sofa (not the sectional) which is an eco friendly product, Room and Board Holmes sofa-sat on it in store and a 8 for comfort. The Sabai Essential sofa- another sustainably made sofa.

We just got our Amelia 84’’ in oat flour delivered to the house and it’s so stunning. I got the Neva 72’’ for the guest cottage and it’s definitely more of a “lounge” couch because it’s deeper (I LOVE IT!) . All sixpenny couches you can get different covers and completely change the look! Also the customer service is amazing. Both a truly stunning and worth the investment.

I love seeing the sofas that are wrapped in wood. I inherited a kitty who was not taught that scratching the furniture is wrong. Right now my sofa is draped in a cover and surrounded by cardboard and towels. I was thinking about surrounding my sofa in wood but thought that it would look dumb. I see that my kitty was leading me into being a trend setter in the sofa world. I would still have to cover the top of the sofa but it would be an improvement. BTW she has her own kitty scratching places she just sometimes like to take advantage of wherever she is to scratch. Oh well.

I had a tight back black couch, but I gave it away because my daughter had given me a hand me up sofa. But, by the time I put foam in the back cushions and have it cleaned (It’s full of pills and dirty oils from her dog), I may as well buy a new couch. I ordered 3 Valyou feather sofas and never arrived. I ordered it on Feb and suppose to arrive April 10th. It’s almost June and never got them. I ordered them because they were in stock and they assure me, they will arrive on time. Customer service is horrible. Read the google reviews. I saw pictures of the sofas there and they’re nothing like in the website. They do false advertising. Please do not order from them!

Word of advice think twice about buying a loaf sofa if the cushions aren’t fixed. You’ll spend all your time fluffing them up which in turn makes the feathers fall out. Had 2 replacement sets and the issue is still here. Worst decision ever made in terms of poor purchases. They look great in the showroom, you won’t want to be living with one.

I am sorry to report that my Feathers sectional is, as I type this comment, on the curb, waiting for the garbage collection. That sectional is, by far, the worst piece of furniture I've ever owned. The seats are low and uncomfortable. I purchased two different sets of legs to add some height but none of them worked because the construction and material of the frame are so poor that the legs fall off. The wood looks like balsawood. That couch is a piece of junk.

Just purchased a couch and chairs from Arhaus because they are beautiful and made in America. Pricey, but worth it. Absolutely love that store and cannot wait until they are in my home. West Elm is garbage and even their employees will say it's garbage. I do like some of their decor, but would never buy their furniture. You're better off going to Ikea.
