Kings dominion is just outside of Richmond about a 2 hr drive from the beach. Busch gardens is now owned by a German company and has gotten a lot of new attractions and, is starting to rival KD.

Oceanfront is a sh*thole full of homeless people, town square is over crowded. Pungo and Chic’s beach (aka First Landing) is ok. Sandbridge is actually nice but way overpriced. Also the bus transit sucks, and traffic is getting worse each year. -Local resident in Redwood area

Virgina beach is so over rated but it's way prettier than Myrtle beach but if you wanna go to a awesome Beach go to Ocean city Maryland it beats both these beaches by a long shot
