The clean your backyard and capture the balls drills were perfect for the u11 girls group I ran at my school. Previously they had not been given as much freedom to strike the ball as hard as they wanted before. Would recommend clear the back yard for building confidence in mid/low ability groups. Nice easy drills with minimal complications when setting up.
