~ball control~ 2:27 1.juggling(1.single leg pop ups-25reps each foot 2.both feet pop ups-drop it juggle left-right/right-left-25 reps 3.real juggling) 3:42 2.wall pasing(2 touches,1 touch,right/left foot only,both foot,reciving with inside/outside part of foot) ~dribbling~ 5:36 3.running with the ball(2 cones 20-25 yards apart-running with the ball going around cone and back-do at the pace you can control ball,try using otside part of the foot,try touse both feet equally) 6:52 4.cone weaving drills(isnside-outisids part if feet/foot going around cones-u can perform it just using right/left or using both feet ~ball mastery drills~ 8:19 5.toe touches(try as fast you can if you lose control of the ball lower the pace) 6.bell taps(getting comfortable with the inside part of the foot,useful for future when learning dribbling skills such as la croqeta) 7.triangles(using sole part of the feet,used in realistic game scenarios)

I can prove these drills work for more advanced players too,last year I tried out for Chelsea’s acedemy but got turned down.I followed all your drills for a year and this year I got accepted

Association Football / Rugby Football. rugby football came to n.a. First and then split apart. Association football was shorted to Soccer Football in Europe and then eventually to football and footy. When it came to n.a. It took the Soccer part in order to differentiate. It’s Soccer and it’s correctly named that way for a reason
