I have "The Saga of Gordon Krantz" on Laserdisc, which hasn't had much play lately. DVD? I'll wait for a student theater group to do a better job on a "failed enterprise." That's "The High Crusade," which the clueless director turned into a one-joke "comedy." See the students make Pohl Anderson proud on KZbin. Also, the student version of Harry Harrison's "Bill The Galactic Hero" works.

Adjusted for inflation, id say theyre both in the 5 biggest losses ever with Mortal Engines, Cutthroat Island and possibly 13th Warrior. And from pre-release stats on marketing, it looks like Lone Ranger actually is the biggest at around $200m. John Carter is always cited as losing that much but it looks more like about $170m, Disney’s writedown must have been for other losses as well.

Okay, so Hudson Hawk is one of the best movies ever! It probably was advertised wrong, but it's a hidden gem and a fun-comedy caper movie. Fav lines: " Bunny, ball ball" . "World Domination!". "The ketchup was horrible when I was in prison". "Hawk: I better make the hole a little bigger. Tommy: Don't worry, bone-head, I'm wearing my girdle". "Hey mister, are you gonna die?". "Goood Yogi". ... and so many more.
