Long or short videos doesn’t matter as long as they significantly cover the content. I just bought my first boat after 60 years, a 2006 Bayliner Bowrider with a 5.0 Mercury. My family and I loves it and we spend a couple of days per week out on the ocean on it. Thank God my flooring is good!!! However, there’s lots of other small issues from wiring to the sound system, etc. I can’t wait until you get finished with your flooring and into other issues. You’re doing a fantastic job no matter what anyone says! You’ll always have knuckleheads on KZbin that will argue or disagree with you. Pay them no attention and keep going! There are some of us who really appreciate what you’re doing and saying!!!

Just out of curiosity, how much does that water tank weight full? I have the feeling that between the weight of the full tank and the bouncing of the running boat, that piece of PVC might be a bit weak.

Yeah probably not a good idea… so if you go back and watch my old videos there is on an installing AC, this was a left over unit that I switched to only running the garage. It has since started having issues and needs to be replaced but it’s not a priority so there it sits!

Were it me I would mount the pump with the motor up it lessens the chance of motor failure if the diaphragm fails. You might also find room for a small accumulator tank to store some pressurized water and negate the pulsing from the pump.

First I’m curious why you went with textured starboard instead of the traditional smoother finish? Second I know editing is a huge time consumer of making these videos, but personally I think 30 minutes is a good length for a video. It doesn’t necessarily need to be exactly, but close. I also get it you share your thought process which is interesting to hear and you show your complete process in your videos. But maybe to help shorten the video time up a little, just high speed the video a little faster in some of “stale” moments to keep it moving. In saying that I enjoy watching your videos and I pick up some tricks and techniques you use and keep those in the back of my mind in case I come across something similar. Keep up the good work 👍

I have noticed that many ( not all ) of the most popular channels seem to do 20 minute videos twice a week. In todays time tight world people probably ( I know I do ) will tend to watch shorter videos as they may not have 45 minutes or an hour to spare. Might be easier on you too, if it's shorter - it should be quicker to edit I guess.
