In terms of meta, Grock is better and easier to use. You can go tank Grock that is harder to use but can block creeps or reset enemy jungle camps (Watch videos for it), Or you can go the pure damage grock that is easier to use in exp lane, no physical enemy can beat you 1v1 when you are near walls. His ult is also great with flicker, just try looking for Grock highlights in tournaments. HF!
