Dominus Providebit the best referees I see are usually guys who compete but ref low level/amateur tournaments. But then again that ties in with what you said. Probably because they know where the action is and have a better understanding of what’s going on

Create Future 21 is still young enough. I started when I was 18 but as I said. I train with plenty of beasts who are in their 40s 50s and 60s and they just started. 21 is actually pretty young at my gym at least
