As an infj, I always stay silent irl. People think I am boring and trying to hurt them. Watch people in silence means enjoy life. Like scenery or fireworks. See the dynamic in life. It helps me to be selective when it comes to friends. I try not to be perfectionist and high expectations on everything. Let it be. With Buddhism way, it helps me to stay calm. I listen to calm music, drink tea with no sugar, meditation, yoga at home. Get into hobby like gardening and reading books. It's so hard in modern days. But I will back again to the books and try practice it. This helps me to stay alive. Seek inner peace means self control. It's like self guide therapy. No need expensive bs doctor. My soul need to be heal from within.

I don't think you're a true INFJ. You contradict yourself when you say you don'thave high expectations, yet you are selective about friends! Insults are whispers in the air, Echoes that fade, if we don’t care. Offenses, like shadows, shift and sway, But lose their strength when we turn away. They have no fire, no burning flame, Unless we stoke them, place the blame. Words may sting, but they can't take What we don't offer, what we forsake. A blade is sharp, but dulls with time, If we don’t let it cut or climb. Offenses fall when hearts are still, For power’s found in choice, not will. So, cast aside the weight they bring, And let your spirit, free, take wing. The words of others, harsh or vile, Are shadows passing, for a while. True strength lies in the power to choose, To rise above, to not abuse The venom that the world may spew- For insults only hurt if YOU let them through.

This story touches the outer surface of Buddhism. Buddhism is to see life through and understand and identify what life is. Life has satisfaction, but does it remain with you when that moment passes. Sorrow too remains and disappears soon after you feel. The satisfaction and sorrow come and go. Happiness and sorrow can come from 6 ways. From what we see, what we hear, what we eat, what we smell, what our body feels, what we think. This is how we connect with the world. Nothing else. These 6 institutions control our life, they make us happy, sad and get clueless. When we are sad we get angry, when we are happy we want it more, when we are clueless, lose our attention or focus. Buddha says when we deal with these six institutions Buddhism has the solution for getting rid of sorrow, anger, cluelessness...there it starts the deep end
