The most sensible and informative video I've seen so far on moving to Africa. Everyone saying come to Africa and do business, but none gave any ideas until now. It's a start. Very good. Thank you.

@Java Konjo I'm looking to create jobs just because I'm American doesn't mean I'm rich but I do attain particular education that allows me to go into development and my point of getting funding there is so that african people have a piece of what a develop "share holders" listen african Americans are in the same boat we do not truly own shit over in the states instead of looking at me like colonist we could be using our skill set to develop and cultivate that beautiful land you guys should welcome african american entrepreneurs we have information that you need you have information we need simple

I appreciate the way you've presented these fabulous ideas without belittling the people of Gambia! You are a cultured, highly intelligent, African Jamaican woman and the love you have for Africa and the African people really shines through!!! You didn't need to raise your voice, or speak negative things about Gambians, because you are a woman of substance!!! You and people like you are what Africa needs!!! The disrespectful types of people, with loud mouth, snobby noses like the one that calls herself Art Cathey are not welcomed on the Continent!!! Thank you for your contribution and dedication to the development of Africa!!! You are a true daughter of the soil!!

it depends on your target audience...in most african countries they have nannies at home or extended relatives taking care of the kids. same thing with adult care centers that is not the culture so make sure you do some research.

Zandela Secka, I am a Chemical Industrial Manager currently working the USA and I took the time to write a set of proposals ( see below) that would propel Africa and it's individual Countries to maximize their developmental potential. It would be excellent if every African Head of Government could see this, and every African citizen could request this of their respective governments. Developmental Pathway For The Gambia and For All African Countries Written By: M Anglin 6.6.2020 We are going to have to plan and strategize in tiers, starting with top priority levels. This is the the long term developmental trajectory that is recommended for the countries in Africa. The recommendations stay clear from the use of cliched political phraseology and focuses on the language used in real world best practices. The following represents recommendations on which a developmental policy should be based. It is recommended that Africa and African Nations: 1. Become Food sufficient, produce all it's food requirements, expand the agro-processing industries and become a net exporter of food. 2. Become technologically advanced, comparable to Singapore, and case in point: The President of Rwanda has already started to take Rwanda in that direction. 3. Take full possession of and effectively manage it's mineral resources and it's other natural resources. (The details of this can elaborated on in a country specific approach). 4. Become a financial and investments center with efficient and ethical governmental monetary control so that their is sustainable financial growth in Africa. 5. Transform the population, especially the younger members of the population, with a sound education in social ethics, nation -building, entrepreneurship, and small to medium sized business development. 6. Improve the computer literacy and the English language communication skills. 7. Build consolidated Public Private partnerships in order to finance infrastructural development and to provide sustainable employment for the population. 8. Develop alternative sources of electrical energy so that both household energy costs and industrial and comercila energy costs are reduced to affordable levels. 9. Provide nation wide electricity, telecommunication services and internet services. 10. Review existing laws and the constitutional frame work so that the African countries have stable Political systems with fair and just governance. ( This will also serve to eradicate financial corruption, monetary scams and also stamp out the abuse of children. In order to accomplish this we will have to lobby and develop some sort of liaison group that will attract efficient professionals in all these areas from the USA from the UK and other parts of the west : The list would include ,Constitutional Law experts. Contract law experts, Social services workers, Technical business trainers. Industrialists, Angel investors Commercial property developers, including architects. and Engineers in all the disciplines ; Electronic/electrical/ mechanical/ and civil (structural)engineers. Then as the development progresses there will be a need for upgraded Medical/ health facilities with more health and medical professionals from the West. Also Upgraded Educational institutions up to Technical Universities with professional Schools. All of this would involve a population growth in Africa with a high personal GDP ( high wealth index), and a high standard of living. We should anticipate that this growth would take place in developmental increments, so that within 10 to 20 years from now, Africa would be so economically and socially developed so that White folks from the West would be knocking on Africa's door and asking Africans to give the white folks low level jobs, such as office maids and household help. If one understands the objectives here, you will see that the overall plan is to reverse the historical effects of slavery and Western abuse of African descendants and to turn this into triumphing over the West by way of Africa rising to a position of Economic and Socio-political power. We should envision the time when Africa, as a continent, will wield the most power in the United Nations Organisation. Additionally, the African Development Bank is currently trying to provide a financial foundation for the Agricultural development of Africa. but first they need to replace the American shareholders with melaninated shareholders.
