3/5 li 4/10 less maadbekalva.. but illi 2 number du denominator andre bhaajaka same illa, so lcm tagotivi.. 5 & 10 lcm 10 alva... iga eradu number na 10 denominator baro haage convert madbeku. 1st number denominator 5 ide, adu 10aagbekandre 2 inda multiply madbekalva.. so 3/5 × 2/2 maadi 5na 10 aagi convert madtivi.. haage maadovaga melina number 3 ge kuda 2 inda multiply madbeku.. simple mathematics that you learnt in highschool !!
