Do you know what mb speed your paying for? Figure that out and then go to a site like speedtest.net to figure out the speed your getting. If your getting the speed your paying for or close to it over wifi there's nothing you can do unless you want to pay for higher tier Internet or at least easily. The only other thing would be to get a device that combines the speed of your internet and speed of your phone into one speed. I forgot what they're called but still I doubt that's what you want to do then your using phone data and phone speeds aren't that good. It'd work better if you had two land internet lines you wanted to combine the speed of

If you want the dbm meter to actually stay. go into field testing mode, then hold the power button until the off slide bar pops up. when it pops up let go of the power button and then press and hold the home button for about 10 seconds. Hello, Mr. Thompson. I think this is one of your best videos ever. I live in Taiwan, near the ocean, but I also live next to a phone company building called a "central office" (the big building kind with no windows, etc.) and there was a base station on the roof. A few years ago, some idiots put up signs saying that the phone company was bad and humans are laboratory rats, etc. I think it's back now, but "hidden". I got -95db in the house! I pass that building many times per day, but didn't know that they had rebuilt the base station in a less-obvious setup. I wish I had known this sooner. I totally understand the effort and research you put into this video. A million thanks! Ray, from Taiwan.

+Just A I think you need to learn about electromagnetic radiation and realise that all radiation is not deadly. You face a higher risk of illness from radiation from a bunch of bananas than from a cell phone. As to the plane being more dangerous. Our atmosphere shields us from a lot of the Sun's (and other extraterrestrial radiation sources) harmful radiation. When you fly at 40,000 feet there is less atmosphere above you to protect you from the radiation and you receive a larger dose. Every day you sit in a pool of radiation from the sun, radio and TV broadcast, your WiFi, cordless phones, cell phones and more. It's only sources of electromagnetic radiation with very short wavelengths (

+dimos k Go any evidence that phone signals give you cancer ?
@dimosk73899 жыл бұрын
+Paul L not that I know of. but I wouldn't like yet another wireless device in my house. I am not any conspiracy theory sucker or anything I just prefer to avoid something that might be harmful in the long run. besides, there is no evidence that smoking causes cancer, but who denies it?
@space0pirate9 жыл бұрын
+dimos k actually yes, smoking does gives you cancer, just ask Marlboro man. or any man coughing like train after decades of smoking.
@dimosk73899 жыл бұрын
+space0pirate yes I know it does. but how can someone prove it? there are so many different factors that can cause cancer that it's impossible for a scientist to prove that smoking was the actual reason for someone getting cancer.

Interesting adobe commercial playing before this video haha. But this video was really cool I didnt know that there were all of these complex processes that went into the signal on my phone. I feel like an old person that just recently learned about social networking lol.

Very helpful I just switched to sprint from Verizon to save money but now my signal at home is shaky. Sprint has the wifi calling option but it has its corks as well. I'm going to check out weboost.
