CCF line cook here! I can attest that nearly everything we sell is made fresh from scratch; about the only things we get frozen are bread, poultry, and (ironically) cheesecake. Oh, and the only microwaves in the building are in the employee break room, and the manager's office. They both have a nice layer of dust on them.

@@jasonpark1556 hello! I just quit the cheesecake factory and I can attest that they have changed the reciepts a little since the pandemic. The pastas are all Barilla box pasta. Additionally, the egg noodles come in frozen. The dough for the biscuits used to be fresh but now come in frozen. Additionally, the pizza dough used to come in fresh but now also comes in frozen. Meat is always fresh

I am the Customer of TCF for little over 20 years. Menu has continue to change and expand. Great to hear that this famous restaurant chain is expanding globally such as in Asia, Canada, and Latin America. I would like to see The Cheesecake Factory open in central American countries such as Guatemala, El Salvador and Panama and in Europe like in England. I am still under consideration of joining the TCF team because of the culture, great customer service, great people and it is one of the best restaurants in the country.

Nice to know this restaurant chain donates the extra food. That really makes me appreciate this chain more. I highly recommend the Almond Crusted Salmon salad. I prefer the sour dough bread when the bread basket comes. It’s a very interesting interior too with an Italian/Egyptian like feel very eclectic inside. It’s a nice place to take family and most of the time when traveling it feels like a safe choice if you want something familiar.

I used to work at CCF before my success. On the east coast you had to have an encyclopedic knowledge of that damn menu. After training you have to take a 400 question test and pass with 90% or you are terminated before you hit the floor...

I worked at the one at Cambridgeside Galleria near Boston. Training was literally ONE month, and 2 weeks of it, they allow all applicants to try the food, including cheesecake. It was a fun place to work, but I could never keep all the menu items straight

It’s harder to find good BOH and FOH when there are easier positions available at the same/ better pay rate in the same field.

I just tried that a couple days ago! Best burger I think I've had so far. The bacon was such a burst of flavor and I am now currently craving it!! I also highly recommend the chocolate mousse cheesecake bought an entire one to take home! 😋😅

I always assumed this was a fictional place in movies and TV. Especially when it comes to where you go for "a drink". Never been to one or knew one actually existed. I want to visit one. I'm not much for sweets, but the rest of the food sounds very good.

So sad to admit this, but I have never been. I grew up in a rule area. And I live in a major metropolitan city now, and there is one I think within a few miles but, just never got around to it. I guess after seeing this video I should go as it all sounds really yummy My mom, used to make the best cheesecake growing up. It was not a real heavy cheesecake like the traditional, it was a lighter thing. Hard to describe and also hard to make. It was a lemon cheesecake with graham cracker crust on the bottom of course, and she would sprinkle the same on top.
