Chipotles guac recipe isn’t a secret. It’s on their website… And their guac gets brown cuz of oxidation since they don’t use preservatives. Same thing that happens to a apple

Fat's not necessarily bad. If it's coming mostly from the meat and guac then that's fine. I kind of doubt it is though. A lot of the fat's likely coming from vegetable oils (bad fats).

You can always ask for more... most people do. But if you ask for extra rice and extra beans and extra meat then get 3 salsas, sour cream and guac in a burrito and then expect me to be able to wrap it nicely so that it doesn't fall apart or become a soggy mess you are delusional. I hope it falls apart in your lap. We have mouse traps in our store but I've never seen a mouse or seen one in a trap... YET... Chipotle is a scam. Not worth the money. The store I work at is in a city with at least 15 taco trucks that are authentic, cheap, and delicious... yet somehow there's also 3 chipotles in this city. Blows my mind.

Strickly speaking on the food. protein portions are 4oz and always have been, any more then theyve, to customers benefit overserving. Its also no secret that they charge for tortillas on the side. its been that way for awhile. they also literally have sodium marks on their menu so the high salt aint no secret either . And as for the guac browning is due to oxidation, doesn't make it bad, and the guac recipe has never been a secret. its very easy to make it at home. get ya facts straight b4 reporting, it just makes you look dumb.
