It could be just my targets, but whenever I find scarves there, they're never satin or silk. They're always cotton, and I know cotton is not great for natural hair :(

And some of us actually do like the sun. where i'm from you can leave home one color and come home 5 shades darker in a matter of hours. the last time I was there I had gotten so dark and was so burnt that my skin actually was peeling off, like the skin of an onion.

EH CBunny Same here. I love the sun, but sometimes when you're used to something you tend to under-estimate the length of time that damage can be done and how it can be done. I used umbrellas for the sun, but that didn't stop me from getting sunburned. sounds crazy I know. but my cousin left home one morning with a pair of sunglasses on and it took her 3-4 months to get the outline of the glasses from off her face. And she was out not for one full day. The sun tends to be extremely hot, but for some reason although it's really hot here in the US, the heat is very different from the Caribbean at least where i'm from.
