Such a useful video. I just managed to cut all henna from my hair and I put henna again... Herbul Chestnut that turned black. 2 months later it fell a lot. Now it is no longer black. It is dark brown. I continued with hair dye in the roots. Ammonia free. I plan to put on the lengths soon... and cut mt waist length. alittle ...

literally how you felt in the shower is how I felt when I used this for the first time. I was also very cynical about if it would actually do what it claimed it could do, but was blown away. I've literally changed my entire wash day routine because of this brush, and now I pre poo and detangle with the Unbrush before I get into the shower, then condition in the shower and literally - NO TANGLES! No more wasted water, no more crazy detangling minutes to get my hair comb-able. It's a game changer! and side note: Whit, you and I have the SAME hair type and we've been natural the same amount of years. Girl, yes! I feel you!

Nope. I don't like how they seem to throw a gadget together to sell to Black women. Anything too hot to use against your scalp and there is no warning listed let's me know there was no thought to the user's safety.

I still have the Q-redew in the box, in my closet….I may have used it once…I can’t even remember. I do deep condition EVERY wash day, though. 😊

It is a great tool but it definitely can get scary if the hair isn't completely free of tangles and knots. I love that you're not obsessed with super bone straight hair. Thick hair is healthy hair.

i just used the revair today on my short natural hair, and i have to say that it works pretty well, even if i was a bit underwhelmed by the results. it didn’t get to my roots as i’m used to with my blowdryer, but it definitely stretched my hair and left it feeling so much smoother and softer (without feeling super dry!) than when i would use my hair dryer. i will say, i suspect that the revair works better the longer one’s hair is, but since length retention has been such a persistent issue + i bought the revair because if it’s low heat + tension technology, i think the long term benefits of having less heat and knots in my hair will overall help my hair get to the length i want it to be, which i suspect will make the revair more effective over time. so far, i’m pretty happy with my investment :)

You jst reminded me that I have the qrenew!😂😂 I don't steam often anymore and honestly, if I felt the need I would wrap my conditioned hair in saran wrap and sit under that ultra hot standing hooded dryer we all bought around 2013😂

How do you usually avoid frizz when you go out? The only way that I've found to somewhat avoid it has been hairspray, but I also don't want to wear it all the time 😭😭Any tips?

True henna+indigo are wonderful but so much time consuming, I did chemical dye on my hair after henna and it thinned my hair. I got no warning prior unlike you. I still fear chemical dye although I wish I could get some blonde highlights
