When you're on a small living budget these ideas are perfect for so many young people just starting out on their own or heading off to. College needing to make the most of their space! Keep showing us your creative ideas, because I'm more than certain people have taken your ideas and made something similar. I remember watching quite a few of these creations shown and some I don't. I love this one too. I love the color of the stain. I would also do the x rope ties but I would use a much thicker cotton or twine rope. To make it sturdier (don't climb on it!) all you need are two sided screws (threaded at both ends) and a drill. Use wood glue in addition to the double sided screws to make it super secure.

SO GLAD I FOUND YOU! I'm always looking for STORAGE and DISPLAY ideas for my jewelry sales and home (of which I am on hiatus at this time,) and only seeing decorating videos with unnecessary (for me) home decor. Thank you for popping up on here and giving me these actually-nice-looking, respectable home/jewelry-sales-table "go-betweens!" that I can reuse in new ways and not have to put aside when I get done with it this season. I can't wait to put some of your ideas to practical use! I don't write a lot of KZbin comments, so I hope you see this and know "You get me, you really get me!" (What is that quote from, Somebody?! Haha!) So thank you so much. This is a truly GREAT, PRACTICAL, USEFUL video!

I LOVED your little valentine mug craft!!! I've been the activities programmer for special needs for 26 years now, (I started when I was 12 haha), but I did something similar w my guys, I guess it's been a little over 10 years ago now, but only we made faux cupcake ornaments for our candy land themed Christmas trees and they had SO much fun making them. ( we also made BIG faux chocolate hearts for Valentines Day, used caulking w a frosting tip and wrote different quotes on each one like, "BE MINE" , "I LOVE YOU", etc. Then they got to go around the building and they got to hang them on all of doors of each classroom and up in the office as well... (I can't believe i get paid for what I do. They're so awesome. ) Anyway.... I loved your tip using the plastic baseballs to tk up some space and save up from using too much caulking/ spackle. The method I used to create a "filler" was using spray foam... (watch this link so you can get an idea of how much you're going to want to use, bc a little goes a long way and will expand/rise as it cures).... if you start in the morning, it's generally ready for the next step later on that evening. I love all your videos and appreciate the love of creativity and sharing it with others so they can create beautiful things as well. You don't always have to know "how to draw" to be an artist. I love my job and can't explain how awesome it is to see the smiles on their faces and how very EXTREMELY proud they are from all their beautiful artwork. Thank you for being so awesome! Here's a link similar to the faux cupcakes we made... kzbin.info/www/bejne/r4LWfnpseLqSftk

Thanks for the DIY's Bethany. Love them. My faves in this post are the ladder and the mug rack. I noticed when you use your saw that you have the same problem with the push and pull sticking that I use to have. While watching woodworking & tool hacks, I saw someone rub bar soap on screws to stop them from getting stuck mid-drill. I thought *if it stops screws from getting stuck in wood, maybe it'll workfor the handsaw*...and IT DOES. Try it

An idea is that you could donate your used projects to places that don't have enough money to decorate! Homeless shelters, churches, schools, I'm sure they would love your "leftovers" to decorate. 13:29 You can buy a measuring yard stick for very little. You can paint it and or cut it to size. You have stuck with your initial idea of using many inexpensive Dollar Tree, Target, Hobby Lobby and WalMart products from all different departments and making one of a kind, useful and decorative items for any homemaker, really. It's been fun for me and I am retired and have enough money to shop wherever I want within reason. So, you see, you can appeal to many different types of people.
