The 13 year streak for the NFC in the Superbowl, 1985-1997. The best part to highlight about this goes all the way back to the merger when the NFL had this attitude that the AFL wouldn't be able to cut it. Another sports coincidence I know about is the coincidence that Tottenham Hotspur would only win the FA Cup soccer tournament in England in years that ended with a 1. The last victory for the Spurs was in 1991 when they beat Nottingham Forest, coached by the legendary Brian Clough, 2-1. Their winning goal was scored in the 94th minute by Forest's Des Walker, who scored an own goal by beating Spurs' Gary Mabbutt to the ball and diverting it past Walker's own goalkeeper, Mark Crossley, into Forest's net.
