I completed the Nuka World and Far Harbor storylines, along with getting pretty far into most of the other main story lines... I just never went all the way lol. I'm hoping to beat it soon though... I lined up 20 power armors on top of a roof. I then removed the whole building, and to my surprise the power armors stayed suspended in the air. I did this on Spectacle Island, so now it's this vast area with 20 power armors in a neat row, high up in the air. Looks pretty ghostly.

Baptiste Laveissière To be clear, I don't hate Fallout 4, I was mostly speaking on how pretty much every game that Bethesda develops is bug-ridden and goes unfixed for years. The only real fixes usually come from modders. Just look at Skyrim, it's been out for years, and yet Bethesda has barely done anything for it except for milk it time and time again. Bethesda has made many of my favorite games, but their business practices are unacceptable. They're becoming anti-consumer, and greedy past the point where it's okay. I'm severely disappointed with them, because it seems like all they care about is money, and not the people that give them money. They've clearly shown that they can make fantastic games, but just settle for making mediocre games to get as much easy money as possible, and then rerelease those games over and over to squeeze as much money out of them as possible without actually doing what their consumers want and need. Sorry for writing so much, I just wanted to explain my opinion.

I have 3, NV and 4 and out of the three of them I'd rate NV at the bottom. It doesn't seem like a standalone game, on the length and size and scope of the game it just seems like a massive dlc expansion with its own dlc packages instead, especially since after playing 4 for hundreds of hours I haven't seen or heard a single memorable NV reference. It's like it barely even exists within the fallout continuum Edit: this is all my opinion btw. NV is still good but I just don't feel what everyone else feels about it

A crazy thing I've done in a video game happened just a few days ago. I was playing Fallout 4 and was at that large Cemetary with all those Ghouls. I was on a hill and waslining up the Grenade Arc to exactly where I wanted it to land. I then threw it, only for the Grenade to randonly hit a bird midair and have the bird die just from the impact of the Grenade.

I got to a point where I freed the castle and got the artillery grenades, set up a mortar in sanctuary and built an open roof room with a bunch or raider/ Gunner cages on top, the doors pointed in the direction of the room, I then set up a bunch or traps and turrets in the room, there were 3 switches outside of the room, one to open the door so I could get in, one to turn on/off the cages and one to activate the traps, I kept building up and adding more cages and now I have a farm there, clearing out the bodies is a bit of a hastle though, along with repairing all the cages

In Fallout New Vegas, I once all the way from Vault 3 (the Fiend vault) to Goodsprings while overencumbered. For part of it, I exploited the logic that you can shove practically anything into any storage container (or dead NPC) putting a bunch of junk into a Fiend corpse and then used the "grab" feature (AKA telekinesis) to carry the severed head with me. I got a good distance away, but then the head disappeared. I was still able to search it and retrieve my stuff, but I didn't feel like trusting an invisible head to hold my stuff, so I walked the rest of the way carrying everything. I had to pass through Cazador territory and Bonnie Springs (which was still full of Vipers), and I'm pretty sure I ran into Giant Rad-Scorpions, but I made it. I then proceeded to shove a bunch of stuff into a box I'd been using for storage.

You can climb up *anything* in Fallout 4 when you take any movable object ( like a trash can ) and hold it, go to a Wall, jump and hold it under you, if you do so you can just flying the wall up by pressing backward and left or right, that‘s how you get the freefall armor

I like that Dog Meat re-skin. It reminded me of the time my friend and I made custom player models for Quake 2, way back in the day. We each made models of ourselves and skinned them with actual photos (They looked really shitty, given the low polygon count we were working with), so when we played online, we could easily recognize each other. If another player didn't have those files, they would just see a default player model.

I've been playing a story campaign on Fallout 4 as The Flash (Wally West). I basically play the game so I can only use superspeed after eating a certain amount of Calories per day. If I don't meet those requirements, I can't use superspeed. I can, however, use Jet to make everything slow down (As a way of using the Velocity drug speedsters can use to go faster) but then I make the character addicted to it and then he can't stop using it until he finds addictol. I also can't use guns unless they're shock weapons (To simulate throwing lightning)

Dan Durkin it's more so elitists who hate anyone who actually enjoyed Fallout 4. In not place have in seen anyone ever say that Fallout 4 is the better game. But when someone say they enjoyed it, the hate bandwagon berates them for having an opinion. This recent circlejerk going on is tearing apart the community and ruined the franchise more than anything else.

Skull Face see that’s the thing, I would be a hypocrite for hating people that loved 4 because I really did love 4 as well. The building was a really cool feature and the map made me feel truly lost in a nuclear wasteland. I agree with you on people tearing the community apart. In my experience though, I have actually been screamed at when I said I thought 3 and New Vegas has better stories. That’s what I like in an RPG, a story. I think that is fundamental in how the game is, it’s why I think Cronotrigger should get a lot of praise, not trying to circle jerk on that whole thang.

Evenrik_22 I say better as in they had a better story in my opinion and they seemed more like Fallout than a Skyrim copy and paste. They obviously have some graphical flaws, but I’ve seen people make that their sole argument for whether a game is good or bad. So in saying better, I really mean their story was more immersive, they felt more like Fallout, and they made the choices you make actually affect the world around you. I hope that answers your question.

Played a full campaign without fast traveling (aside from going into the institute since that is the only way you can get in there) it was pretty fun actually, felt like an adventure.

Fun for a night with friends: As soon you leave the Vault (in the beginning of the game), run towards the corner of the map without dying in very little time! Really funny when a hoard of dogs, mongrels and more enemies come after you!

I have seen every inch of every FO4 map. I start at the most northwastern corner and walk south as far as possible, then move a bit east and walk north and repeat over and over. It's really weird to see some of the invisible walls in places where the map says there is still more land.

My funny fallout 4 experience is sort of scary. I was playing it the other day, and all of my fallout posters just fell off the wall so I guess you could say my Fallout posters had a fallout, but continuing it was just the fallout posters that fell. None of my skyrim, witcher, call of duty, last of us, halo, or batman arkham posters fell. It was only the fallout posters. I was already creeped out because I was playing the museum of witchcraft mission
