Thanks James! What takeaways do you have? Just curious as it helps me determine what I’m doing right. I’m also open to constructive criticism, so if you’ve got tips & suggestions, fire away! I’m happy to do the same for your vids (though maybe we could do them via PM!)

Totally fascinating, gorgeous, inspirational. Absolutely wonderful! So nicely put together to tell the story of the trip. I love the drone video and also that you included plants and rocks. Your awe and enthusiasm comes through strongly - very enjoyable to watch!

The camera never does the scale justice. Of the water, the rapids, and especially of big beaver.

Did this area get hit by the fires last summer?
@GreybeardAdventures10 ай бұрын
Thankfully, the area was spared from any wildfire damage. We had a bit of smoke on a few days, and a campfire ban for the duration of the trip, but otherwise the area was ok.

Hey Eric, really liking the videos, as an aspiring outdoor creator myself, kudos to you. Would you say there is more white water on the upper section or the lower section below Mattice?
@GreybeardAdventures8 ай бұрын
Hey Ivan, thanks very much for checking out the videos, I appreciate it! I haven't done the upper section yet -- that's in the works for next summer, likely. But the lower section had some great whitewater, including some longer sections and a decent a mix of Class I, II and III. Of course, we didn't get much snow this year, so unless it's a wet spring, water levels could be low so I'm not sure how that'll affect the river's whitewater. If you have any more questions, let me know, or hit me up on Instragam @ejb_greybeard.

@@GreybeardAdventures Oh I thought you did do the upper section. I'm in the infancy of my planning, for next years arctic trip.

@@ivanoutdoors sorry you’re totally right, I must have been half asleep when I replied. 😂 I did the upper but not the lower.
