This is a "diary" of a 10 day walk by five members of the Adelaide Bushwalkers club (ABW), of the South West Cape loop in a clockwise direction, starting and ending at the Melaleuca airstrip. This may help with planning the walk. There are no facilities on this hike, water is taken from creeks. This is not an official video by the club, just a personal record by the author.
I have now added Chapters and proper English captions (sorry, yet to add the ambience to Captions).

Thanks Mal. Great video. We’re planning a similar loop in early 2024 so appreciated the footage of the terrain and the various tips, especially about the tides.

We may have been the group you referred to at 1:35 who signed out from New Harbour on 9 January 2021. You seemed to have received the bad weather we left behind on 16 January 2021. It was great re-living the experience through your lens kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJOqoYtrpq1pqc0si=mqmwEv4NQKop2dhq

Hi Mal, great video, thoroughly enjoyed it. Im off to do the same in early March. I got some great information watching it too. Especially the tides and crossing the range. I noticed you tracked your trip. Maybe I could have a copy of the gpx file if possible to help get through the off track stuff. Thanks anyway for sharing
