Dear Natalie, thank you for the original and very helpful practice. It’s my 18th day of practicing with you, and the obvious progress I am making gives me the hope that I might really have the chance to accomplish the goal. Thank you for spotting my secret hope at the very beginning, although I don’t know how.

Thank you so much for the lovely words! SO happy to hear that you can feel the progress. Just like handstands, flexibility can really take time. Don't push yourself too hard but keep up the practice. I hope you enjoy the rest of the classes too. Best wishes, Natalie

Great challenge. I’ve done splits in the past and this series has me going there sooner with more ease. The diagonal cue has made all the difference… I’m in my splits again!!!

Yay! So nice to hear. Yes I find understanding the hip position makes a big difference. Happy splits!

Hello, it depends where you starrt from. Practice every day for two months and you will get there, I would say.
