First, during the start, Sikhs are to provide selfless community services to whole humanity and not just their community, irrespective of the class/creed/sex/religion for this reason you may find many Sikh organizations like Khalsa Aid serving and giving out free Langar ( community kitchen) in place where even don’t know about Sikhs Second, there is no religious festival namely Maghi and also the picture you used didn’t strike anything that I could relate. By the way, Hinduism is an umbrella term which covers a lot of faiths in which being naastik is included. I have read vedas that's why I said I can tell you about Hinduism. being a sikh, id like to correct you on one thing, sikhism does not believe in reincarnation. The karma theory in sikhism and hinduism works very differently. In hinduism, it is believed that you will be reincarnated in the next life according to the deeds you did in your previous life, however, guru Nanak believed that you don't need a second life to become a good person, and every bad person can become a good person in the very same life, all you have to do is get rid of your ego or 'HUMAI'. This can be done by doing community work, such as sweeping floors, serving in langars, polishing shoes in gurudwara, etc. just remember, whenever you're serving in the community, you're not doing anybody any favours as it's an opportunity for you to get rid of your ego, and become more humble. This theory also proves that there is no concept of heaven or hell in Sikhism, as we believe that the only time you have an individuality is when your are alive, after that, your body goes back into nature. I hope that this information was helpful.
