This is how I like to prep my hair after washing it and when it dries 95%: Apply 2-3 drops of coconut oil onto my scalp and roots for some moisture and grip. My mom has been doing it on my hair since I was a little girl.

I always put a lot of coconut oil into my hair about an hour or two before my shower. I find coconut oil makes my hair looks greasy but after I wash it out my hair is silky and soft.

I did the bun and when I took it out my hair looked so voluminous and thick! Usually my hair is stick straight I definitely recommend doing the bun for a two day hairstyle!

Wondering how often you wash and cut your hair? What kind of cut do you get when going to the salon? I want to keep my hair long and I usually trim it myself only because I can't stand spending so much money just to get an easy trim. After 2020 I want to save as much money as possible. 🙂

I wash my hair every 3-4 days, and usually cut my hair every 4-5 months, but this past year I definitely went longer. I just get my ends trimmed, and some soft layers throughout the front. But if you only want your ends trimmed I’d say you can definitely save money and just do it yourself! I’d just recommend investing in good scissors. ❤️

hey!! I have a problem with my hair and I was wondering if you might know a solution. When I brush my hair it becomes extremely frizzy and it also gets tangled very quickly. my hair also sort of sticks together, but it's not greasy. do you know what i can do about this?

It's tough to say since I don't know your hair type, but my hair has similar issues depending on the season. For me this usually means my hair needs more moisture, or slip. I find products with silicone help give my hair that slip to prevent tangling. In the past I used Garnier Sleek and Shine, and lately I've been using L'oreal Hyaluron Plump line, and these products always do the trick.
