Bagged flavored tuna is one of my favorites! I like the Ranch and Bacon Ranch flavors, 70-80 calories per bag with a ton of protein. I'll put an entire bag on a piece of 30 calorie carb smart toast, with a think of 80 calorie light Greek yogurt or a serving of Low Fat cottage cheese. Super awesome snack imo.

i'm a huge fan of greek yogurt, i really like the dannon light + fit ones. they are 80 calories / 12g of protein for their strawberry cheesecake flavor (the ones without the toppings) and i am a huge fan. I also wanted to suggest one of my personal favorites, nonfat ice cream. I get mine at Aldi specifically, they have a vanilla bean flavor thats 220 calories / 20g protein and chocolate at 280 calories / 24g protein. for when im feeling too lazy to make to that wendys frosty with the blender hah.

I have been doing the Greek yogurt for years. I have done plain with a scoop or so of optimum nutrition whey strawberry or banana. It saves off some of the sugar that some have with the fruit already in. I would love to find the brand that Rem showed. Love the video. Some great easy choices!!!!

Locally in Utah I've seen them for sale at the Smiths grocery stores (aka Kroger) but to be honest I tried them one time & they taste like shit. Just stick with the Oikos triple zero yogurts, taste good, 15g protein & have like 4-5g fiber. Even adding in a scoop of protein to the Oikos is hella better tasting than that "Ratio" brand, it's gritty & just no good IMO...

I legit eat most of these daily. Lunchmeat is for sure underrated, String cheese is a RIDICULOUSLY EASY way to get more protein, combine it with the jerky for a deliciously anabolic snack. Another underrated source: Pork Rinds (Chicharones) a serving has 7g protein,0 carbs and about 3-4 Fat, and they taste exactly like chips.

Yo thank you for this so much. I have no problem staying full between breakfast and lunch, but between lunch and dinner is quite a challenge. My favorite snack before bed, though, is a serving of cottage cheese, and to it I add cocoa powder, zero calorie sweetener, and sliced strawberries. It is the absolute best!

Cool vlog but why eat fat free or low fat buddy. It is the worst food for you there is less fat but more sugar or other additives that is not good for your body. Eat full fat dairy less sugar and more protein and the good fats not the bad fats. Good ideas, for the tuna in water, I add sushi ginger or pickle relish to make it more palatable (in moderation). It tastes nice and it makes you salivate (the tuna in water is a little dry in your mouth) so it's easier to enjoy. PS. Fat free cottage cheese is not that bad, but you have to try different brands. Some are more tart while other companies work harder to make it taste and feel creamier. Why eat 2% fat (with more cholesterol) when you don't have to. I eat FF cottage cheese in various ways every day. 😋 I also eat Quest bars and chips (two bags) for high protein snacks when I really emotionally need to feel like I want a true snack. As for the egg whites, I place 1 cup liquid egg whites in a bowl, 3 1/2 minutes in the microwave and voila you have the equivalent of a few hard boiled eggs without the cholesterol loaded yolks and I drizzle some Walden Farms 0 calorie maple syrup over them and yum! Your brain actually feels like you just ate pancakes too for some reason. Very emotionally satisfying. Sometimes I saute and add in chicken breast chunks to the cooked egg and syrup. PS. Has anyone discovered the Waldon Farms Chipotle Mayo? It's SO GOOD! I drizzle it over my chicken breast and it's great on all your lean protein. And yes, it's 0 calories! Don't know how they do it!! LOL 😆

Good culture brand cottage cheese is really good. Has decent macros and cleaner ingredients. It's a bit more pricey than daisy but the taste and texture are worth it. If I can't get good culture cottage cheese then the daisy brand is my 2nd go too.

You guys are pretty lucky. We don't have these treats in Bulgaria. Granted, Greek yoghurt and curd all are great sources of protein, and those are at least somewhat available. I usually prepare smoothies with vegetables and curd, plus half a banana (as veggie smoothies tend to be on the rough side of sour without some sweetener; you could substitute with stevia, though).
