Bigger sensor has many advantage over crop sensor like more shallow depth of field, bigger frame,better low light performance,better colour....full frame body has professional lenses...

A6300 is an APS-C sensor camera and an A7 MARK 3 is a full-frame professional camera which means wider image, better low light, and 4k and battery is much better on the A7 mark 3! a6300 had some thermal issues too because of its small structure, but no doubt its a very good camera! I am currently using the Sony a6500 which is similar to the a6300 and I have got to say the autofocus and with the sigma f1.4 16mm and the in-body stabilization is great, not as great as the a7 mark 3 but if u r a beginner u can choose the a6300 and then jump to the a7 mark 3 cuz the menu of sony is really tough compared to the cannons and Nikon but if u want a sleek looking beast at first if u have that much amount of budget for body and lens then of course go for the a7 mark 3 without any hesitation but if u start with an a6300 u will get the concept of the camera menu and it will help u when u r using the a7 mark 3! I chose the a6500 for the same reason so that I can use the a7 mark 3 easily when I buy it and of course the lenses for a7 mark 3 is very expensive compared to the APS-C lineup!
