The thing I dont like with Storyblocks/Videoblocks is that there's quite much of stuff that has no Model Release or Property Release, which can get you in trouble in commercial projects. The pricing is good though.

Cinecom.net I thought so too, but in certain type of footage you need "additional rights" for commercial use. Such as Model/Property release. I gave them feedback that they should be more open and "in your face" when dealing with footage that would require model /property release but does not have one. Now you can tick a checkbox to show footage that has model /property release, but that also takes away a lot of the footage from search results.
