sir the case 1 is of HEPATIC JAUNDICE as we can see that the AST and ALT levels are very high and ALP levels are slightly raised. Case 2 is obstructive jaundice as ALP levels are 10-12 times increased. The enzymes to be enumerated are: 1) 5 prime nucleotidase 2) Gamma glutamate transpeptidase/transferase

Case 1: Hepatic jaundice as Serum transaminases are elevated much more where as the ALP is slightly elevated. Case 2 : Obstructive jaundice as the ALP alone got elevated. The enzymes are 5'-Nucleotidase, GGT.
