@@supriyapatnayak6370 i’m on the last stage of my braces journey. About to get em off by january 2025. It hurts in the first 3 months but now i can eat hard foods

My journey so far :- It's my 42 days on braces. First few days I felt weird. I ate paste food for 4 days. Then I started taking normal food. Next month on 4 Nov I'll get my upper wire replaced, bottom braces will be placed and ome teeth extraction.

Sameee i got my braces on monday and only upper braces and idk when but i think in 2 months they will take out one tooth and add bottom braces
