Little plug for princess auto: ordered an 85 dollar tumbler at 12, shipped by 3, in my hands two days later. Recommended.

Woohoo! Good to hear. I’ve been a customer since I was a little kid going with my dad. I felt very good about having them come on board with the channel. They might not always have the highest quality stuff but they always make things right if there is a problem. I’ve also had good luck with their tools.

Pokey Scribe Syndrome is very similar to Broken Pencil Lead Syndrome. Put a piece of stiff-ish, rubbery-ish, tubing in the pen slots on your apron. I do this with my tool belt(s) and whatnot. If you cut the tubing it will lightly bind. Cheap pen caps keep them sharp in a toolbox or backpack.

Even with $20 callipers when it makes the process faster? My mititoyos stay in my tool box when I need accuracy. These cheap ones are a layout tool to me. I’ll be sure not to do that in your shop though. 😆 The kick in the arse gave me a good chuckle 👍

@@Simplelittlelife appologies, I jumped on the commentary before the end of the video. I am following you for a while now, and I really appreciate your channel. Thanks for all your vidéos. I looked for a video on which steel to choose to make a knife for a beginner, and I have not find one. Did I miss it? If not do you plan to make one?
@Simplelittlelife3 жыл бұрын
No problem at all. I really like O-1 tool steel for a beginner because it’s easy to grind and heat treat. It’s performs very well but it is quite prone to rusting and corrosion if it’s not looked after properly. It also develops a patina from use faster than other steels. But then again, for learning, it’s great. Also it can be fairly easily found in certain parts of the globe. I have a shop locally that always has it in stock so (Metal Supermarkets) and I have sent quite a few folks there who have been looking for a steel to start on. Cheers 👍
