Some streets tend to be less safe because of the low-income people who live there. They tend to behave strangely. Doesn’t mean that if you go there something will happen but if to live long-term you may encounter weird people/situations. If you want to be closer to the beach choose Aiora or Camins al Grau

Keep in mind that the more people come to Spain, the higher the rental prices will be. It is advisable to own or rent a motorhome. I think it is more profitable and you can go to many places without worrying about renting a flat. There are people who are doing it. Regards

Por contra las Yankees me parecen mas adultas, humildes y tradicionales. Aunque algunas un poco racistas con los Españoles, a los que creen Mejicanos.
