Yes, that's another example of when it *can* work. There's no guarantee that it *will* work in all situations where the break up was the woman's fault. For example: Sometimes she has too much self-pride to chase, she meets a new guy that she finds more interesting and attracting, she suddenly starts enjoying partying with her single girlfriends, etc.

Exactly. I ran a survey with my newsletter and 96% of the guys who used the NC rule said it didn't work. I've never recommended it as the way to get an ex woman back and never will. Of course, there are times (as I explain in the vid) where is can work. Still, it's not guaranteed to work. The best way to get a woman back is re-attraction. Flick her feelings back on. That can be done right away or very quickly.

Definitely don't try to convince her with explanations. That doesn't work. Also, I'm replying to this comment two weeks after you wrote it (just catching up on comments now. Get 100s of them per day). If she hasn't changed her mind and still doesn't want you back now that you haven't contacted her for 3 weeks, then you need to do something about it or you will probably lose her to another guy. Alternatively, she'll get used to life without you and possibly enjoy the single life. So, in your case, I definitely recommend that you do something about it (i.e. actively re-attract her, hook up with her and then take it from there). Question about the ‘immediately walked away’ one. Does it matter if she could tell you were somewhat hurt even if you didn’t say it? Prior to our breakup I’d been watching videos so knew that was my best bet going forward. I know that sounds a little ass backwards, but it’s bc I knew the sex was good, but I wanted more. I actually did this. She broke my heart. What if your ex partner thinks you will never change and the times you have hung out with her she has shunned every single one of your advances. She is very independent and has always told me if you lose me you will never get her back I agree the no contact rule would useless but you are saying to accept a friendship and then how would I go about changing her perception?

First: Don't refer to her as an ex 'partner.' That's politically correct talk. Refer to her as your ex woman or girl. It makes a difference. Embrace your masculinity. Second: Accepting a friendship is about keeping the communication open so you can actively re-attract her. It's not about being a neutral friend. Dan I Phoned her and she stated she busy I proposed two days and she stated she was busy both days I think it’s an excuse to not want to hang out and be wooed as I feel she scared to be attracted to me again as she think I will never change.
