tbf yeah tru Brooklyn - was OP at first but then Kai beat him with Dranzer MS Zeo (Zagart, not Abyss) - wasnt really a villain Tala - same as Zeo as he wasnt evil but just another opponent for Tyson to beat Ryuga - was just under the influence of L-Drago at the latter stage of Metal Fusion Damian - was just a puppet for Ziggurat, not really a villain character but still interesting (as he and lui share the same VA in the japanese dub) Rago (Nemesis) - truly one of the most evil yet coolest antagonists i've seen Doji - this dude just wont quit wouldnt he (funny cuz he and Phi share the same VA in the japanese dub) Lui - not evil, just competitive Shu - Ryuga 2.0, electric boogaloo Phi - an actual antagonist that actually was evil Arthur - basically copying Phi's character but with none of the charisma he has Lean (or Lane) - bro is annoying
